Creamy Mushroom Fettichini

Heavy cream, mushrooms, pasta…the stuff dreams are made of, people!

Start a big pot of salted water for your pasta. Slice up 1 onion (Vidalia), 3 heads of garlic, and an assortment of delicious fungi (button and shitake). Drop your pasta in the boiling water. Cook the veggies in 1/2 a stick of butter for about as long as it takes to cook your noodles. 002

Add a couple of splashes of heavy cream and stir. Add your noodles…if needed, add a bit of the starchy pasta water.
Hint: Always save a cup of your starchy pasta water.

Top with parmesan cheese and serve!
