My Monday Cooking Haiku (5-7-5 syllable Japanese Nature Poem)
Monday is so long,
What is for dinner tonight,
Crock pot rescue me.
Crock Pot Pulled Pork- You can do lots of things with this…We put it on a bun and added bbq sauce on the top.
So simple! Pork Butt or Shoulder, Worcestershire sauce (1/2 cup), 1 tablespoon each of onion powder and garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, and 1/2 cup of water. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Drain excess liquid and enjoy! We added BBQ Sauce and made a sandwich, but there are so many other things you can do with this… tacos, soup, pasta, etc. Use your imagination. I have a bunch of leftovers, so look for a leftover meal soon.
