Crock Pot Pulled Pork

Crock Pot Pulled Pork- You can do lots of things with this…We put it on a bun and added BBQ sauce on the top. It is a major family favorite and it is so simple!

Ingredients

Pork Butt, 1/2 Picnic, or Shoulder
Worcestershire sauce (1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon each of onion powder and garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste-
1 beer (or stock, wine, or just water)

Directions

Add your dry seasoning and a couple tablespoons of olive oil all over your pork. Brown pork on all sides in a cast iron skillet or dutch oven (can be done the night before).
Add to a crock pot with a bottle of beer or water.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Drain excess liquid and enjoy!

We added BBQ Sauce and made a sandwich, but there are so many other things you can do with this… tacos, soup, pasta, etc. Use your imagination!  I have a bunch of leftovers, so I am planning on making pork enchiladas  later this week…
