I Burnt my finger Sour Cream Waffles

Waffles remind me of snowflakes. There is no one that looks the same. Unless it is Waffle House, then yes they are yummy and all look the same. But I love playing with my pancake and waffle recipes. Here is what I did this morning, bored in the house.

Sour Cream Waffles

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter melted
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3 large eggs

Heat a waffle iron. Lightly oil the grids. Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl to combine. Whisk the melted butter, milk, sour cream, and eggs in a medium bowl until combined and pour into the dry ingredients. Mix but not too much πŸ˜‰ From what I have seen on every cooking show ever is DO NOT OVER MIX YOUR BATTER! πŸ˜‰

You know how to use a waffle iron. Spray it down after each waffle for easy clean up!
