Sliced french bread smeared in olive oil, minced garlic, topped with burrata, tomatoes, and basil cooked under the broiler for about 6 minutes topped with some balsamic glaze (or thickened balsamic vinaigrette- mine was bought, but you can just add regular balsamic or use this recipe, which is delicious.)

Farmers Market Finds
The best oatmeal raisin cookies (vegan and gluten free) and scones in all of GA. I actually don’t have the name of the vegan cookie lady, but I will look next time. But check out Seven Sisters from Johns Creek, GA. Amazing!

Peach Pie
Super ripe peaches peeled, sliced, and placed in a pie crust, free formed. Brushed with melted better, sprinkled with a bit of sugar, and baked at 400 for about 20 minutes. Served with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.

Farmer’s market salad
For lunch today, I threw together a bunch of ingredients from the farmer’s market yesterday. I used baby kale, cauliflower, sliced cucumbers, radishes, and turnips. I also topped it with mozzarella cheese, toasted macadamia nuts, and a drizzle of blue cheese dressing. I have never eaten turnips raw before. I loved them! These combinations all worked well together.
